- I can’t login to my account, please help.
- If you are having a problem logging into your SkippingHippo account, please double check you are entering your email address and password correctly. If your still having problems please reset your password
- Account information
- The Account Information section details your name and email address which you can freely amend and edit. You can also use this screen to change your password.
- Address book
- Your address book stores any billing and delivery address you have used in past orders with TheSkippingHippo. You can also use this page to change your default delivery and billing addresses.
- My orders
- My orders provides you with a full history of all orders you have placed with us. Both historical and current orders are available to view here.
- Product reviews
- We love to know what you think about the products you have purchased from us, if you have chosen to submit any reviews to us you can view them here.
- My tags
- To help develop the user experience for all of our customers, we let customers assign specific tags to their products to help you find what you’re looking for. You can manage your tagged products here.
- Newsletter subscriptions
- Approximately once a month, we send out a newsletter with exclusive offers, discounts and product news. If you wish to opt in/out of this newsletter, you can do so easily in the Newsletter subscriptions area.
- My wish list
- When browsing the site for items you want to buy, you can choose to add them to a ‘wish list’ instead of adding them to a basket.
- When logged in, your wish list is automatically saved and can be viewed here. You can also add comments to the items and send the wish list directly to your friends and family.
- How do I change my password?
- To change your password, visit the #my account# screen and click on ‘Account Information’ on the left hand side, you will then be able to change your password.

- If you wish for us to delete your account and all associated user data, then please contact us
