- How much does delivery cost?
- The Skipping Hippo offers a FREE SHIPPING policy for all orders; if your order value is under £30 then it will be sent via a Royal Mail service, if the value is above £30 then it will be sent via City Link for next day delivery.
- When can I expect my delivery?
- All orders are usually delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
- Orders sent via Royal Mail typically take between 1 and 3 working days.
Orders sent via City Link will arrive the next business day.
- How do I track my delivery?
- To track the status of your order, please login to the my account section and select my orders on the left hand side of the screen. You will also receive your orders tracking number via E-Mail.
- My order is due for delivery today, what time will it arrive?
- All orders are usually delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
- What if I’m not in when the delivery is attempted?
- If you are not in when one of our couriers attempts to deliver your order, they will leave a calling card with direct contact details for the local depot. You can give them a call and arrange an alternative delivery date or pick the parcel up from your local depot.
- The courier has lost my order! What do I do?
- Please contact us immediately and provide us with your name, first line of address and order number.
- I have only received part of my order, when will the rest arrive?
- If you have received a partial order, it is likely that it has been sent in 2 separate packages and the courier will make a separate delivery with the second package. If you do not receive all of the goods you were expecting by the next day, please contact us immediately
