- When can I expect my delivery?
- All orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders with a value of £30.00 or more are automatically dispatched via City Link next business day delivery.
- Orders under £30.00 are sent out via Royal Mail for delivery within 1-3 working days unless you have selected next day delivery for your order during the checkout process.
- My order is due for delivery today, what time will it arrive?
- All orders are usually delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
- I have a problem with an item I have bought from you, how can I return it?
- Returning an item to us is a simple process, please read our returns section for more information about our returns process and how to return a product to us.
- How long will it take for you to process my return?
- We aim to process all returns within 7 days; however rare circumstances may delay this.
- Why can’t I login to my account?
- If you are having a problem logging into your SkippingHippo account, please double check you are entering your email address and password correctly. If your still having problems please reset your password.
- What is a Grade A / Refurbished product
- Products are often returned to us after been opened because customers do not want them. We take care in re-packaging and testing these products before making them available for sale as refurbished products.
- Grade A simply refers to the overall condition of the refurbished product, a Grade A product is as new, where as a Grade C product may have a missing manual and minor cosmetic damage.
- Our refurbished products have been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional refurbishment team.
- Why can’t I amend my order?
- Due to our internal security policy, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Further to this, we cannot take additional payment via Paypal for amended orders.

- What Networks work with SIM Free?
- Our SIM Free phones are unlocked to all networks. However, your "Three" mobile network SIM card will not work in a SIM Free phone if it is not 3G enabled.
