When can I expect my delivery?: All orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders with a value of £30.00 or more are automatically dispatched via City Link next business day delivery.; Orders under £30.00 are sent out via Royal Mail for delivery within 1-3 working days unless you have selected next day delivery for your order during the checkout process.
My order is due for delivery today, what time will it arrive?: All orders are usually delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
How do I track my delivery?: To track the status of your order, please login to the my account section and select my orders on the left hand side of the screen. You will also receive your orders tracking number via E-Mail.
