Returns Information

I have a problem with an item I have bought from you, how can I return it?
If you have bought a product that you no longer want, is faulty or was damaged in transit please contact us. When contacting us please ensure you provide-
  • Full Name
  • First line of address
  • Order number
We will then raise a returns authorisation number and provide this to you along with instructions on how to return a product. Please ensure the returns authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
My order was damaged in transit
If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, if possible refuse delivery directly with the courier and contact us.
However, if you discover the damage to the products after accepting delivery please contact us immediately and provide as much information as possible. We will then be able to speak with the courier and make the necessary arrangements for you.
How long will it take for you to process my return?
We aim to process all returns within 7 days; however rare circumstances may delay this.
I sent my item back but did not mark my RMA number on the package, will this cause a problem?
If you have not clearly marked your RMA number on the outside of the package, please be aware this could lead up to a 30 day delay in the processing of your return as it will be difficult to identify who the returned product belongs to.
I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return of the incorrect item, but more importantly get the correct item dispatched to you as soon as possible.
